Standard services:
- Pet care consultation to ensure the services your pet will receive is what you expect. We will evaluate the condition of your pet’s coat and to discuss the proper coat care and maintenance schedule for your individual pets need
- Check for fleas and ticks
- Brushing out before bath to remove debris and loose hair
- Ear cleaning with medicated ear cleaner and ear plucking using ear powder to reduce discomfort
- Nail clipping
- Paw trimming
- Bathing with fresh warm water – shampooing twice using quality shampoo, applying re-moisturizer or conditioner if needed
- Drying using forced air and/or blow dryer depending on the pets coat and behavior (lowest setting for pups and shy pets). We hand fluff dry all of the pets we groom.
- Clipping and scissoring according to breed standard or your preference/ desire

Prices
Start at $50 for short-haired breeds (bath, nail trim, ear cleaning and brushing) and $70 for hair cut.
Prices are determined on the breed and its coat condition as well as behavior.
Tangled, matted or heavily undercoated pets will cost more.
Rolling Grooming reserves the right to deny service or to raise the price to those who do not disclose the true condition of their pet’s coat or temperament.

Appointment policy:
We have appointments available Monday - Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., the last one scheduled at 3 p.m. Special appointments upon request.
You can get appointment online 24/7 or by calling me during my business hours. Please note that we don't answer the phone during the groom and calls will be returned in the order we received them. The best way to contact us is e-mail. Scheduling preferences are given to those who take care of their pets on a regular basis.
Please 'empty' your pet before our arrival to you.
Pets must be up-to-date with their vaccinations and on flea preventative program
For the safety of your pets please advise us of any medical conditions and grooming history.
Rolling Grooming will arrive as close as to the scheduled appointment time as possible. However, we will never jeopardize the safety of the pets by hastening a groom. We will call you and advise you of any change in our arrival time.
Cancellation policy:
We require at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule the appointment. Monday appointments require a notice on Friday the latest. Any changes to the location require 24 hours notice. Without proper notice, we expect to be reimbursed the 25% of the full grooming price.
No Show policy:
In the event we arrive for a scheduled, confirmed appointment and find no one there to release the pet to our care, an invoice for the 50% of full grooming price will be left at your door.
Bad weather policy:
If we cannot drive safely to your home, we will need to reschedule. We will give preference to rescheduled customers.
Policies on Aggressive or severely matted pets:
We will not provide services for vicious or aggressive attitudes, as well as severely matted pets and we reserve the right to refuse service to these pets. We will not demat a pet. Excessive dematting is an extremely painful, time-consuming, costly procedure.
Payment:
We accept cash or check.We only accept cash from first time costumer.
Payment is due at time of service.
We reserve the right to decline checks for first appointments.
Privacy policy:
Your privacy is important to us. The only personal information we collect is your name, street and e-mail address, telephone number and pet's information.
